We're Richard and Danielle Alvarez, founders of RandDLiving and your hosts here in Sebastopol. Before stepping into real estate and hospitality, we built successful careers in the Med Tech industry—leading teams, managing operations, and delivering top-tier client experiences in high-stakes environments.
Today, we bring those same values to vacation rentals. Richard, a West Point graduate and systems engineer, now focuses full-time on real estate investment and asset management across the Phoenix and Northern California markets. Danielle leverages her background in sales leadership as RandDLiving’s Director of Client Experience, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and personal.
